1. General Terms

tbaja is an online entertainment platform operated for betting and casino enthusiasts in Bangladesh. These terms & conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user and tbaja. By using the site, you agree to every clause of these Terms.

All tbaja services are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered binding.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on tbaja, you must:

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, tbaja reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any outstanding balance.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the tbaja support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

tbaja may request documents to verify your identity at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3. Age Restrictions

tbaja is for users aged 21 and above only. If there is evidence that an account is being operated by a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

tbaja supports the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank)

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Your balance will be credited to your account immediately after a successful deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. tbaja generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate may apply and a conversion fee may be charged.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If fraud, money laundering, or the use of unauthorised payment methods is detected in any transaction, tbaja reserves the right to suspend or close that account and notify the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement is 15x (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• ৳22,000 deposit → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000

Wagering example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on games or markets designated by tbaja.
• Withdrawals cannot be made while a bonus is active until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Another promotion cannot be combined with an ongoing promotion unless stated separately.
• tbaja reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

tbaja's VIP program has five tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier comes with additional benefits and priority service.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered confirmed only when a confirmation message is received from the tbaja system. tbaja is not responsible for incomplete bets due to network issues.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or software issue occurs in any game or bet, tbaja reserves the right to void all bets for that round and return the original stake amount.

6.3 Sports Betting

When placing bets in sports markets, please keep the following in mind:

• A bet can be cancelled before a match starts, but changes are generally not possible once the match has begun.
• Live betting options operate under separate rules and no new bets are accepted after the market closes.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, tbaja will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.4 Casino Games

tbaja's casino section features games from various world-class game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, and Ezugi. The rules for each game are stated within the game itself.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tbaja:

• Misusing the bonus system or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus hunting.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or hacking methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating bets in the name of a third party or using artificial intelligence.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on any illegal information.
• Any attempt to harm tbaja's systems or other users.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by tbaja

tbaja reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, or incomplete verification. Contact the support team to find out the reason for a suspension.

8.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before closing the account. Bonus balances for which the wagering requirement has not been met will not be returned.

In any circumstance, tbaja's maximum liability is limited to the amount of real money (excluding bonuses) in your account.
